#Night
#Night 2025 coming soon!
Check out what the event is all about below!
Why #Night?Engineering outreach is a large aspect of Iron Range Engineering because we believe in giving back to our community. #Night is all about empowering young women to know that they can choose a career in engineering if they want to. Having more women in engineering will lead to better and more innovative ideas for solving the world’s problems.

About the EventIt is a free annual event held in the Spring for girls in grades 9-12 hosted by the female staff and students at Iron Range Engineering. #Night is an educational program aimed at promoting and empowering young women to participate in engineering. This year’s theme is #WeCreateTheFuture. Let’s make the world a better place together!
Festivities included a Q&A session about college and engineering careers, presentations from women engineers who are difference makers in their communities, and tons of activities all aimed at helping you learn about engineering. Each girl who attended received a S.W.A.G. bag full of goodies and #WeCreateTheFuture merchandise worth hundreds of dollars!
