Housekeeping note, there are two divisions of IRE for Juniors and Seniors. One is the delivery method we pioneered 10 years ago simply titled IRE, and the other is IRE's Bell Program.

Bell Section

Source for High Quality Co-ops
Bell students are able to work full-time in engineering positions for four semesters without having to rotate back to university- they take classes while working. Bell graduates have a choice of unlimited engineering focus areas such as aerospace, chemical, civil, electrical, industrial, mechanical, and more.

Expanded Capabilities
Bell students arrive with a solid baseline of business and project design skills gained through the Bell programs balance of professional, design and technical training.  They bring a strong support team with them; weekly interactions with their engineer facilitator and ongoing access to experienced faculty.

Curriculum Flexibility
The project design focus of the Bell program allows students flexibility to focus in on a variety of engineering fields.  For companies that have hard-to-fill engineering roles like welds, corrosion or controls; there is an opportunity to partner with the Bell program to build a focused curriculum template.
